Ticket Refunds or Cancellations

TICKETsrv provides the ticketing platform on behalf of the event organisers, we do not sell tickets directly. Payments are made directly to the event organiser (as shown on your bank statement). Therefore, TICKETsrv is not authorised to process refunds, cancellations, or changes to your booking.
